Our free shipping is standard through Canada Post which is 3 to 9 business days.  If you would like your order sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional fee.  

Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

Smells great, not effective

I really wanted to like this stuff. I love the smell. But it is not an effective deodorant at all. I’ve had to apply it multiple times per day and when I still do a sniff test, I stink. Super disappointing.

I purchased this deodorant for my husband because he kept reacting to other mainstream brands like dove. He had been using it for two weeks now and he is allergic reaction free. His skin looks much better now. It’s a great product and even smells great. His shampoo and conditioner are a cedar blend scent and this smells quite similar. Thanks for stocking such a wonderful men’s product. Although I would honestly consider it a unisex product.

So far I'm really loving this deodorant! The coconut pineapple scent is amazing and a really great unisex scent. I hope that you guys can bring in some more scents to choose from!
