Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

Still getting used to it

So far I feel like I spent money on something I didn’t really need. I did use it to clean my cast-iron frying pan and that went well, but for cleaning my sink, I could just as well be using my dishcloth or my curly Kate.

So far I feel like I spent money on something I didn’t really need. I did use it to clean my cast-iron frying pan and that went well, but for cleaning my sink, I could just as well be using my dishcloth or my curly Kate.
