I bought 5 of these to try. My dishwasher has silver inside and it comes out shinning all the time. What I love is no fillers and things that are harmful. I do put tab under hot water before I put it in dishwasher thou. I just don’t like the plastic outer layer. That we put in our machines , like washer as well. I believe the outside plastic stuff can clog our pipes! Thanks
