Returns
We believe in doing what is right for every situation. Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation. If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com. We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.
