Our free shipping is standard through Canada Post which is 3 to 9 business days.  If you would like your order sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional fee.  

Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

Wonderful for travel size of for a single person. At time of purchase I didn't see a larger one which would have been nice especially for a big family like mine but I just saw a larger sized one yesterday which is fantastic!

I find this product to be a very good alternative to other poisonous bugs sprays. I still got some mosquito bites but over all it worked well, it smells good, and is safe.
