Our free shipping is standard through Canada Post which is 3 to 9 business days.  If you would like your order sooner, you can choose an expedited option for an additional fee.  

Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

Oil doesn’t last long

Bought 2 of these. I also bought 5 ml the orange essential oil from Roots as well for one of them to fill it. This one was for my car. Was told it would last at least 6 months. It lasted 4 days. This was before the summer temperatures so it wasn’t the heat causing evaporation. The smell was minimal for a car air freshener. The second one I used an oil blend (5 ml bottle) I had at home. You could definitely smell it in my home but it lasted only 10 days. 5ml of essential oil gone in 10 days. Just too expensive to maintain in my opinion. I won’t purchase the diffusers or likely the oil again.
