CARE:

  • Allow your candle to burn until the full surface has melted - this ensures that your candle reaches a full melt pool + burns evenly for its fill life.
  • All wood wicks should be trimmed to 1/4" before relighting every time.  Use a wick trimmer if available or nail clipper.
  • Try not to power burn your candle (burning for longer than 4 hours at a time)
  • Keep an eye out.  Place your candle within eyesight + away from any flammable items.

    Returns

    We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.
