Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

Good Fragrance Free Shampoo

So far this is the most budget friendly fragrance free shampoo that doesn't leave my hair greasy, or make me wash my hair daily. It's not quite a 5 star because it does leave my (thin and straight hair) a little flat after a day, but VERY budget friendly and way better than anything else I have found that is fragrance free so it will be a continuous buy from me.
