Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

Smells great and actually works!!

I don't have to reapply throughout the day like other natural deodorants!! Smells great, and I stay fresh all day!!

I find when I put this deodorant on I have more body odour then when I put nothing on. I’m back to using none because I don’t like the smell when it’s on me. I like the smell of the product but not when it’s gets mixed with body heat .
