Returns

We believe in doing what is right for every situation.  Though we prefer not to accept returns due to another truck hitting the highway, we will weigh the best option based on the particular situation.  If an item shows up broken, please take a picture and send it to hello@rootsrefillery.com.  We will then refund your method of payment for the broken product.  We do our best to carefully pack each order but bumps and tumbles are part of life.

I am very happy with the colour, moisturizing value as well as the lasting power of this lip pencil. I don’t have to constantly be reapplying my lipstick through out the day. I also have purchased this product numerous times now and am consistently happy with it.

Great colour and lasts several hours

Goes on really smooth and stays on for up to 4 hours on my lips, which is about comparable to what I get with other "long lasting" lip colours, but without my lips drying out after wearing them. I feel comfortable wearing this daily and love that it doubles as a cheek colour too. I pair it with pickle and bee lip balm for added moisture.
